Churn Prevention Agent
A customer health score you can trust
A customer health score that shows its work. Each account is scored across five dimensions with a dated source behind every rating, and goes red only when several break at once.
The problem
Most health scores are a weighted formula someone built in a spreadsheet two years ago. One low login count turns an account red, a quiet happy customer looks at risk, and the team learns to ignore the color. Nobody can say which input moved the score or how old the data is. A customer health score is only useful if the CSM can open it and see exactly why an account is where it is.
How the agent does it
Gather five dimensions. Collects usage, relationship, support, commercial, and outcome evidence for every active account, along with its lifecycle situation.
Rate each dimension. Marks each dimension healthy, weak, breaking, or unknown, and attaches the dated source behind the rating.
Apply the red rule. Calls an account red only when three or more dimensions break together, so one noisy metric cannot flip the score.
Keep the score on the account. Stores scores and causes on each Company in Nex with provenance, and proposes CRM health-field updates for approval.
What you get
A per-dimension health rating for every active account, each with a dated source
A red list and a yellow watchlist built on the three-breaking-dimensions rule
Unknown marked as unknown, so missing data is not read as bad health
Proposed health-field updates for HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio, held for approval

Questions
What goes into a customer health score?
This agent uses five dimensions: product usage, relationship (champion status, meeting cadence, business review attendance), support (tickets and severity), commercial (renewal date, contract value, payment and discount history), and outcomes (survey responses and delivered value). Each is rated healthy, weak, breaking, or unknown rather than blended into one number.
Why not a single 0 to 100 score?
A single number hides which input moved it. Rating each dimension separately, with a source and date, lets a CSM see that support is breaking while usage is fine, and the three-dimension rule keeps one bad week from turning an account red.
Does the agent write the score back to my CRM?
It keeps scores on each Company in Nex with provenance. Changes to a health field or stage in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio are proposed and wait for your approval, and a score never changes pricing, support tier, or terms without a person reviewing it.
