How to request deletion of your data from Nex

What data does Nex store?

When you connect your WhatsApp Business account to Nex, we store:

  1. Your WhatsApp Business phone number and display name

  2. Inbound messages received through your business number

  3. Connection metadata (access tokens, account identifiers)

How to delete your data

You can request complete deletion of your data in two ways:

Option 1: From within the app

  1. Log in to your Nex workspace at app.nex.ai

  2. Go to Settings > Integrations

  3. Find your WhatsApp connection and click Disconnect

  4. This removes your connection credentials and associated message data

Option 2: Email request

Send an email to the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your workspace name and the WhatsApp Business phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What happens after deletion

Once your deletion request is processed:

  1. Your WhatsApp connection and access tokens are permanently removed

  2. All stored messages associated with your connection are deleted

  3. Any extracted context or insights derived from your messages are removed

  4. This action is irreversible
