Meeting Prep Agent

Meeting prep: a sourced brief before every call

Nex does your meeting prep from the calendar invite: it pulls attendee history, CRM context, past conversations and light research into a two-minute brief. Facts, inferences and unknowns are labeled, with links to the sources.

The problem

Good meeting prep means opening the CRM, searching the inbox, rereading last call's notes, checking LinkedIn and remembering what you promised last time. With back-to-back calls that work gets skipped, so you walk in asking questions the customer already answered. The context exists. It is spread across five systems, and nobody has ten free minutes before every meeting to stitch it together.

How the agent does it

  1. Read the calendar event. At the lead time you configure, the agent reads the event, the attendees, the meeting purpose and the outcome you want.

  2. Resolve attendees and companies. It matches each attendee and company against Nex and your CRM.

  3. Recover the history. It pulls prior meetings, communications, relationship history, open decisions and commitments.

  4. Add only the research needed. It refreshes missing or stale facts from the public web and labels each item as fact, inference or unknown.

  5. Write the two-minute brief. It produces the brief with agenda, questions, risks, proof points and the recommended next step, and can deliver it to a private Slack destination you choose.

Questions

What goes in a meeting brief template?

The brief Nex writes has five parts: who is in the room and their relationship to you, the account and deal context, what happened in prior meetings and threads, the objectives with questions, risks and proof points, and a proposed agenda with the desired next step. Each line links to its source.

Does it work for meetings other than sales calls?

Yes. The agent prepares briefs for sales, customer, partner, investor, research, recruiting and internal meetings, and keeps research proportionate to the meeting.

Will it send the brief or update my CRM?

Creating the brief is read-only. Nex does not send the brief or change records without approval, and it keeps sensitive context inside the audience you approve.

What do I need to connect?

A calendar is required. CRM, Gmail, Outlook, Slack and public research are optional and give richer briefs. Click Deploy to start free with some free AI usage; plans are $49/month after that, refundable within 7 days.
